This project explores the music schooling system in Poland, with a focus on the stress students experience from a very young age. It draws from my personal upbringing, spending the majority of my life within this system, as well as research conducted among students with similar backgrounds. The installation features VHS tapes recorded by parents, capturing their children’s performances. The accompanying audio track is derived from the last piece I performed publicly. Transformed into a soundscape, it musically interprets the unsettling reality of growing up in this environment.
